Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We are confident about our products. If, however the products don't work for you, we would gladly find another product or process a refund for you within 30 days of your purchase. Can I pick up an order from you for free?  

We offer free local pick-ups from our East Vancouver location at 1623 E. 21st Ave.

 

Where do you ship your products to?

We ship across Canada, as well as to the US and internationally.  

 

Do you offer free delivery or shipping?

We offer free bike delivery to anywhere within 10 km of our East Vancouver location (located at 1623 E. 21st Ave) on orders $40 or more, and free standard shipping to anywhere in Canada and the US on orders $100 or more! 

To activate the offer simply add $40 or $100 of products to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. After inputting your Shipping Address Information you will notice you will have the option of selecting free delivery or free shipping, depending on the address you have provided. 

 

When can I expect my shipped order to arrive? 

Arrival times depend on final destination. Once orders are packed and shipped, they should arrive within the following time frame:
• Canada via Expedited Parcel: 2 to 8 business days
• United States via Small Packet USA: 2 to 4 business days
• Everywhere Else via Small Packet International Surface: 4 to 21 business days

How are your products packaged for shipping?

To encourage zero-waste, we package items with reused materials for shipping. :)
